BibAlls guarantees your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, your expectations are not met, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly replace the product or refund the purchase price within 30 days of purchase.

Returns and Replacements
Please mail returns or replacements to: BibAlls, Attention Customer Service, 20029 SE 302nd Court, Kent, WA, 98042, USA. Please enclose your name, address, phone and e-mail and whether you want a replacement or a refund. For refunds please enclose a copy of the purchase receipt.

Shipping and Handling
Orders are sent First Class mail via US Postal Service. Orders received during business hours (M-F, 9am-6pm PT) are processed within two businesses day of ordering. Orders placed outside of business hours or on holidays will be processed within the next two business days. Allow four additional days for embroidered BibAlls. Allow 4 - 6 days for delivery though delivery times vary with location. To ensure prompt delivery be sure to include the complete delivery address with your order.

Fees for First Class Mail Delivery within the USA
For USA deliveries the shipping and handling is $4.50 for the first BibAll plus $1 per additional bib.

Faster Delivery within the USA only
Three Day delivery: add $7.00 to the standard shipping charges.
Second Day delivery: add $18.00 to the standard shipping charges.

Delivery outside USA
Shipped via US Postal Service, First Class Mail.
Canada: $5.95 for the first BibAll plus $1 per additional bib.
Other: $15.95 for the first BibAll plus $1 per additional bib.
